class:select-radio on a radio button makes it the pre-selected option.

When linking to the form from an LSP page, append something identifying the LSP on the end of the URL like this

/english-classes/book-a-class/?lsp=GEORGE_CHILTON
it can be whatever you want, it’ll get passed through the form and end up in the enquiry email. If the form is accessed from another page, its URL is also included in the email. This is done automatically and should tie up with the LSP field, if there’s no referrer someone has gone to the page directly.
